Frequently asked questions
What is included with my journal?
You receive the vegan leather journal in the design you choose, with cream-coloured lined pages, a brown elastic closure band and a ribbon bookmark. This gift-wrapped journal includes premium silver gift wrap and a red elastic ribbon. You can also add a personalised gift note.
Can I include a personal message for the recipient?
Yes. Open “Add a gift note (optional)” before adding the journal to your cart. Write your message and include your name if you want the recipient to know who it is from. If you leave it blank, we will include “A little appreciation, just for you.” This gift note is separate from personalisation printed on the journal cover.
Can I personalise the journal cover?
Use the fields under “Personalise the journal cover” to enter the details offered for this design. Check the spelling before adding it to your cart. The optional gift-note field is separate and does not change the cover. For team or bulk cover personalisation, complete your purchase and email your file and order number to hello@mommilytreasures.com so we can review the details with you.
How do I order journals for several people?
For different names or notes, personalise one journal, add it to your cart, then personalise and add the next journal. Check each item’s details in your cart before checkout. A quantity greater than one on the same cart item uses the same personalisation and gift note for every copy of that item.
Can I send a spreadsheet for a large team order?
Yes. After payment, email hello@mommilytreasures.com with your order number and spreadsheet or file. List the journal design and quantity, each recipient’s name, the exact cover wording required and each gift note, if applicable. We will reply within 24 hours to review your instructions. Custom team orders can require additional preparation time.
What size is the journal, and are the pages lined?
The journal measures 5.8 inches wide × 8.5 inches long × ⅝ inch thick (14.73 × 21.59 × 1.6 cm). It has 100 sheets, giving you 200 cream-coloured lined pages.
Is the design printed on both sides?
The artwork is professionally printed in vibrant detail on the front cover only and cured with UV ink. The journal has a vegan leather cover.
How should I clean and care for the cover?
Use gentle care and wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, scrubbing and chemical cleaners so the printed cover stays in good condition.
Where do you ship, and when will my journal arrive?
We currently ship within the United States only. Journals are made to order and shipped from the USA. The estimated delivery window shown above includes preparation time. It is an estimate, and holidays, peak periods or custom team requirements may add time. See our shipping information for more details.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Email hello@mommilytreasures.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your journal arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos so we can help you more quickly.
