For personalised and made-to-order products, minor variations in appearance may occur. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

3. Personalised and Custom Orders

Many Mommily Treasures products are specially made using information provided by customers.

By submitting personalisation details, including names, dates, messages, photographs, or other custom content, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have permission to use any submitted content.

Please carefully check all personalisation details before completing your order.

We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or other errors submitted by customers when those details have been reproduced as requested.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before production begins, but modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

If an error occurs due to our production or personalisation process, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable.

• The payment cannot be authorised.

• The order contains incorrect or incomplete information.

• A material pricing or listing error has occurred.

• The transaction appears fraudulent.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

For orders placed through our US storefront, prices are generally displayed in US dollars (USD).

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipping.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Your purchase is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible non-personalised products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

Personalised and custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges because they are created specifically for each customer.

However, customers may be entitled to a refund or replacement if a product:

• Arrives damaged or defective.

• Is materially different from the product ordered.

• Contains a personalisation error caused by us.

• Is incorrect or not delivered.

8. Order Cancellations

For personalised products, cancellation or modification may not be possible after production begins.

For non-personalised products, cancellation requests will depend on the order's fulfilment status.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue any refund required by law.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Mommily Treasures may occasionally offer promotional discounts, seasonal sales, special offers, and discount codes.

Promotions are subject to any specific conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
