Include your order number, the journal design and quantity, each recipient’s name, the exact cover personalisation required, and any gift note for each person. We will reply within 24 hours to review the details with you.
If you are adding several individually personalised journals, personalise one journal at a time, add it to your cart, then repeat for the next person.

Shipping information
We currently ship within the United States only. Your journal is printed to order and shipped from the USA. Orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days, with estimated delivery in 4–7 business days from ordering, including preparation.
Standard shipping is $7.99 for eligible orders under $75. Eligible orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping, based on the subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Selected products may have separate arrangements; the charges at checkout apply.
Delivery dates are estimates. Weekends, holidays, busy periods and custom team requirements can affect timing.

The optional gift-note field is separate and does not change the cover. For team or bulk cover personalisation, complete your purchase and email your file and order number to hello@mommilytreasures.com so we can review the details with you.
How do I order journals for several people?
For different names or notes, personalise one journal, add it to your cart, then personalise and add the next journal. Check each item’s details in your cart before checkout. A quantity greater than one on the same cart item uses the same personalisation and gift note for every copy of that item.
Can I send a spreadsheet for a large team order?
Yes. After payment, email hello@mommilytreasures.com with your order number and spreadsheet or file. List the journal design and quantity, each recipient’s name, the exact cover wording required and each gift note, if applicable. We will reply within 24 hours to review your instructions. Custom team orders can require additional preparation time.
